Depending on the size and type of business, FSSAI registration and FSSAI license are two separate things. What documents are required for the same?

The operators of the food company are verified by photo.

Certificates of establishment and shop licensing, partnership agreements, certificates of incorporation, and other business registration documents are examples of business constitutions.

Evidence proving ownership of the business space, such as a lease, a letter of intent from the landlord, utility bills, etc.

Plan for the food safety management system.

A list of prepared or produced food items.

Details about a bank account.

Supporting documentation (if needed), such as a copy of the manufacturer’s license, a NOC from the municipality or panchayat, or a health NOC.
